Delivery Policy

These delivery terms are valid from 25 January 2021.

Customers using the online store must be adults. All product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery fees. We do not deliver orders to Åland.

Placing an Order

Add the products you want to your shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout, choose a delivery method, and pay using your preferred payment option. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact details requested during the order process are used only for delivering the order or resolving any issues related to it, unless otherwise stated. By placing an order in the online store, you are expected to have read and agreed to the terms of delivery in force at the time.

The minimum order value in our online store is €25 (incl. VAT).

Payment Methods

Payments are processed by Paytrail, which offers the following payment options: online banking, payment cards, MobilePay, Pivo, Siirto, and invoices/instalments via Walley, OP, and Jousto. By providing your information at checkout, you accept Paytrail’s terms, or if you choose an invoice, you accept the invoice provider’s terms. By clicking the “Buy” button, you accept the general terms of Eläinruokatehdas Lemmikki Oy’s online store.

Order Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, showing your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service right away. Keep the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service later. Always have your order number available when contacting us about your order. After receiving your order, check that the contents of the shipment match the order confirmation.

Delivery Methods and Fees

Posti Delivery Options

To a service point or parcel locker:
Delivery fee €4.90, free for orders over €50.
Only packages under 20 kg can be shipped via Posti. The order will be delivered to the service point or parcel locker selected at checkout. You will receive a notification by text message when the shipment arrives. If the parcel does not fit in the locker or the locker is full, it will be redirected to a service point. The shipment must be collected within 7 days of the arrival notification.

Home delivery, scheduled:
Delivery fee €11.90, free for orders over €75.
Only packages under 20 kg can be shipped via Posti. Posti will contact you to arrange a delivery time. If no one is present at the agreed time, the shipment will be delivered to a service point, where it must be collected within 7 days.

PostNord Delivery Options

To a service point or parcel locker:
Delivery fee €4.90, free for orders over €50.
Orders over 20 kg are delivered only to a PostNord service point. You will receive an arrival notification by text message or email. The shipment must be collected within 7 days of the arrival notification.

Home delivery, scheduled:
Delivery fee €11.90, free for orders over €75.
PostNord will contact you to arrange a delivery time. If no one is present at the agreed time, the shipment will be delivered to a service point, where it must be collected within 7 days.

Please note that failing to collect a package is not considered a return. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct the delivery costs from the refund amount.

Delivery Time

The delivery time for Posti and PostNord is 2–6 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect harm caused by such delays. The online store will inform customers on its website of any exceptional delivery times.
